Where Can You Buy Metal Earth Models?

I have gained a great deal of knowledge through my shopping and purchases of metal model kits from various vendors. Fascinations Inc. manufactures and distributes the Metal Earth brand throughout North America. Although their website is functional, you cannot place orders from it. The general population is not directly sold on fascinations. What are your options, then?

Where may Metal Earth Models be purchased? Numerous physical hobby stores and online retailers like Innovatoys, Amazon, and eBay sell Metal Earth model kits. Additional metal model brands can be purchased from foreign vendors AliExpress and Wish and through eBay dropshipping.

That's the quick response. However, I have a lot of helpful information to share.

Where Can You Buy the Metal Earth Brand Specifically?

The following sources offer Metal Earth (including their well-known ICONX range) in North America:

Limited Brick and Mortar Stores

Most new hobbyists have a similar experience: they notice a Metal Earth kit for the first time at a store checkout counter. To expand the audience, Metal Earth kits must be constantly marketed this way.

Examine nearby hobby and toy stores (such as independent retailers or Hobbytown USA). Unfortunately, many of these enterprises have closed due to difficult circumstances brought on by the growth of online shopping in recent years. However, many towns still have one.

Another source is chained' art and hobby stores such as Michaels and Hobby Lobby.

They are available at Barnes & Noble, though typically in a smaller selection.

As I mentioned before, people are typically initially exposed to Metal Earth in physical stores. However, most individuals purchase the majority of their kits online after they begin building them regularly. They do this for a broader range, more affordable costs, and convenience.

Innovatoys

My favourite source is Innovatoys, Metal Earth's official internet distributor. Here are five reasons they're the best place to get Metal Earth models.

Excellent prices. If you compare their prices with Amazon's, you'll find that they are no more expensive, and in fact, they are often cheaper.

In the USA, delivery is always free. Being a Prime account holder is not a concern for you. All of their customers receive free shipping.

Excellent, quick service. I was amazed when I placed my first order with Innovatoys. Within a few hours, I received an email confirming shipment, and a few days later, I had the order in my possession. It was fantastic; each time I placed an order with them, I had the same experience.

Entire range. All Metal Earth products are carried by Innovatoys, which maintains a healthy stock. Rarely do you have to wait to acquire what you desire?

When you have an issue, I would love to inform you how their customer care handles it. However, I am unable to since I haven't encountered any issues yet.

Amazon

I just gushed about Innovatoys being my fave, but I adore Amazon. I buy various products from them online, and they offer excellent customer service. Many Metal Earth models are available; shipping is free if you have a Prime membership.

eBay

As you might anticipate, several people are selling Metal Earth models on eBay. They typically offer supplies they've liquidated from a closing hobby or toy store or anything surplus to their needs.

eBay is beneficial for locating

Uncommon models. Those that the manufacturer has "retired" and that aren't sold in stores anymore.

Many. If you're willing to purchase several kits at once, this is where you can find some deals. In the search bar, type "metal earth lot." I just did that search and came up with several discounts. One auction for a batch of 21 kits is selling for $38.74. At that price, each kit costs $1.83, including delivery! On that one, the price might still increase, although sales like that happen frequently.

Disney Parks

Only the gift shops in the Disney theme parks sell the Disney Parks collection, with a tiny selection also available online. So, stock up if you ever visit Disneyworld!

Once more, you can occasionally find them on eBay. Search for "Disney's Metal Earth."

What About Other Brands of Metal Models?

Piececool and Mu (Maplemu)

These are the two most well-known Chinese producers of metal models, and their kits are remarkable. (The Piececool ships and tanks are my favourites.)

Two of my favourite places to find these products are...

AliExpress. After downloading their app to your device, use the search feature to locate "metal models." They operate similarly to Amazon, serving as a sizable and trustworthy "umbrella" website for numerous independent Chinese retailers. Their shipment is quick.

I must admit that there may be issues when using a credit card on AliExpress. Although many people, including myself, have experienced being abruptly requested for two kinds of identification (even after completing successful purchases), it's relatively safe. It looks arbitrary. I would use PayPal, but AliExpress does not offer it now.

The other source is …

Wish. You can also download their app. Although they are not as big as AliExpress, they are well respected.

Another place to find Mu and Piececool is …

eBay. eBay vendors serve as "middlemen" in this situation. In reality, they are "dropshippers." When you place your order with them, they put it with a Chinese company that ships straight to you. Therefore, don't expect US domestic shipping times, as this is an error. You'll have to wait roughly the same time as if you placed an order with Wish or AliExpress. The benefit of using eBay for your orders is that you may utilize PayPal, which may make you feel more at ease.

Specialty Products from Tri-M. Although I recently discovered this Canadian source, I haven't placed an order with them yet. They have several Mu and Metal Earth models in stock. Due to their excessively exorbitant costs, I cannot suggest them for Metal Earth. Continue using Innovatoys. However, Mu finds them intriguing because they provide free shipping and low prices on the third model you order. They are, therefore, a good deal. Ordering over $50 will qualify you for free shipping, but it's well worth it if you can manage that. I'll give them a go and update this page to reflect on my experience.

Other brands

The following companies all make high-quality kits that you can buy on AliExpress.

Tenyo. According to what I understand, this Japanese business originates from the same Chinese facility as Metal Earth. Tenyo is the sole license holder for this factory in Japan, while Fascinations Inc. is the sole licensee for the US.
